CareBridge needed a comprehensive platform to revolutionize how South Africans find and book caregivers, pet sitters, and home service providers with speed and confidence. The vision was to create a trusted marketplace where families could quickly find verified care providers while giving providers a professional platform to showcase their services.

Creating a seamless multi-portal experience for users seeking care, providers registering their services, and administrators managing verification and client expectations - all powered by intelligent matching. The platform needed to handle complex matching criteria including location, availability, qualifications, experience, and specific care requirements while maintaining fast response times.

We built a 3-portal PWA application with smart AI matching technology that analyzes user requirements and provider capabilities to deliver perfect matches in under 30 minutes. The user portal allows families to search, filter, and book providers. The provider portal enables caregivers to create profiles, manage availability, and receive bookings. The admin portal provides tools for verification, dispute resolution, and analytics.
